These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the New Utsavaa Tents website and the services provided by us. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
New Utsavaa Tents provides premium tenting, mandap and pandal setups, decoration and theme styling, canvas and canopy structures, lighting and floral décor for weddings, celebrations, destination events and other special occasions. The exact scope of services will depend on the requirements discussed and agreed upon with the client.
Quality Assurance: All structures are erected using certified engineered frames with fire-retardant luxury drapery and weather-rated anchoring.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and the booking has been acknowledged by New Utsavaa Tents. Tentative quotations, discussions or availability inquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking.
Peak Season Advisory: Advance reservation of signature royal marquees is strongly advised 3 to 6 months in advance.
All quotations are based on the specific scope, requirements, venue conditions and duration of the event. Any additional services, changes or requirements requested after confirmation may result in additional charges. Payment schedules and applicable amounts will be communicated to the client before confirmation of the booking.
Transparent Invoicing: Itemized milestones covering mobilization, on-site setup, and final handover are provided prior to work commencement.
Any modifications to layouts, designs or item quantities must be communicated and approved in advance. Last-minute on-site additions are subject to inventory availability and will be billed separately.
On-Site Engineering: Our structural supervisors remain on-site during installation to ensure smooth execution and prompt adaptation.
